With a mild sweetness that you can’t get enough of, raisin bread often takes centre stage in meals and snacks. The yeast and raisins are added automatically, so your first home-made bread will taste like one cooked by a bakery!

Ingredients

500g strong white bread flour
1½ tsp sugar
30g butter
1½ tsp salt
310ml water
1 tsp dry yeast
100g raisins Cut into approx. 5 mm cubes.

Note: The ingredient quantities are not compatible with Mini Breadmaker SD-PN100 - find suitable recipes for PN100 (Smaller bread size) here

Steps

Add the ingredients in the following order to your Breadmaker: strong white bread flour, sugar, salt, butter, water and dry yeast.

Set raisins in the dispenser.

Select Menu 19 (SD-R2530: 18) and then press start.
