                                          CHELSEA BUN:

                                          250g strong white bread flour
- 
                                          1 tsp sugar
- 
                                          1/2 tsp salt
- 
                                          25g butter
- 
                                          1 egg
- 
                                          1 tbsp skimmed milk powder
- 
                                          1/2 tsp dry yeast
- 
                                          100ml water
- 
                                          ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS:
- 
                                          15g butter
- 
                                          100g mixed dried fruits
- 
                                          50g soft brown sugar
- 
                                          1 tsp cinnamon
- 
                                          ICING:
- 
                                          75g icing sugar
- 
                                          3 tsp milk
- 
                                          1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
Directions
Making a cinnamon roll by hand seems impossible! Just leave the difficult dough-making to the machine and the rest is easy! Add some of your favourite dried fruits as you roll the pasty for a treat that looks and tastes fantastic.

Steps
| 1 | Add the ingredients into your Breadmaker in the following order: strong white bread flour, skimmed milk powder, sugar, salt, butter,egg, water and dry yeast. | 
| 2 | Select the Basic Bread Dough Programme on your breadmaker and press start. | 
| 3 | Remove the dough and shape it into an oblong. | 
| 4 | Spread melted butter, cinnamon, soft brown sugar and mixed dried fruits on top. | 
| 5 | Roll up from long edge and cut into 8-10 pieces. | 
| 6 | Put the pieces on a baking tray and let rise for 30 mins. | 
| 7 | Preheat the oven to 220°C and bake for 15mins. | 
| 8 | Sprinkle the icing sugar on top. |
