Steps

Place the chickpeas, red onion, parsley, courgette, garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, and self-rising flour into a food processor. Pulse until the mixture reaches a breadcrumb-like consistency. |

Place the party snack plate on the Panasonic Multi-Cooker, adjust the dial so that the party platter icon flashes, and press Start. Wait for the party snack plate to preheat. |

Brush each cavity with olive oil. Roll the mixture into 25 g balls and place one into each cavity. |
