Optional: If you have frozen salmon filets, defrost them on 300W for 2-4 minutes in your Inverter Microwave. (Time depends on fish quality and thickness.) |

Wash the vegetables and cut them as you like them. |

Add the vegetables into your cookware (e.g. onto the supplied PanaCrunch tray or a microwave pan) and place the salmon on top of the vegetables. Sprinkle with your preferred seasoning. |

Cook the salmon with the vegetables for 5 minutes with 440W microwave power in your Inverter Microwave. Afterwards, cook for another 5 minutes with the grill function. |

Refine the dish with some vinegar dressing and sprinkle with toasted pine nuts. |
