                                          a pinch of salt

                                          vanillato taste
- 
                                          100g dark chocolate chips

Note: The ingredient quantities are not compatible with Mini Breadmaker SD-PN100 - find suitable recipes for PN100 (Smaller bread size) here
Steps
| 1 | Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm soy milk. | 
| 2 | Select the Pizza Dough Programme on your breadmaker and press start. | 
| 3 | Once the programme has finished, take out the dough and let it rest for a few minutes. Roll out the dough a bit with your hands and fold in the chocolate chips. |

| 5 | Once leavened, place the dough onto the countertop and use a pasta cutter to divide it into buns weighing about 50 g each. |

| 8 | Preheat the oven (we used our Panasonic inverter oven) to 180°C and in the meantime brush the buns with non-dairy milk. |
