Delicious and healthy crusty nut bread made with spelt flour.

Note: The ingredient quantities are not compatible with Mini Breadmaker SD-PN100 - find suitable recipes for PN100 (Smaller bread size) here
Steps
| 1 | Add yeast, spelt flour, honey, salt and water into the bread pan of Croustina. Select program 3 and press start. | 
| 2 | Once Croustina beeps, it's time to add the nuts/seeds to the dough. | 
| 3 | Optional: Before the baking process starts (around 50min before end of the program) you can score the top of the bread with a sharp knife or a lame. First sprinkle some flour onto the dough and then carefully cut a cross into the top without scratching the bread pan. |
