Steps

Wash, peel and slice the potatoes and place them in a bowl with 500 ml water. |

Cover the potatoes and cook in your Compact Combination Oven for 5 minutes at 600 watts. |

Chop the leek and onions and place them into a round baking dish (∅ 18 cm) with the bacon cubes. |

Drain the potatoes thoroughly and place them in the dish. |

Place the eggs in a bowl, season, stir well and pour over the potatoes. |

Cook in the Combination Microwave at 300 watt for 5 minutes and then grill setting 2 for 7 minutes. Tip: The dish can also be prepared very well with salmon or crab instead of bacon cubes. |
