Directions
Thick slices of pistachio and white chocolate brioche are coated in a honey–butter glaze with lemon zest and baked in the Panasonic Combi Oven NN-CD88 until crisp and golden. Served simply with cream and lemon curd for a bright, indulgent finish.

Preheat the Panasonic Combi Oven NN-CD88 to 180°C (Press the Air Fry / Combi button once to select Air Fry 1). |

Place the softened butter, brown sugar, honey, vanilla extract, and lemon zest into a bowl. Mix with a spoon until light and fluffy. |

Arrange the slices on the prepared tray and air fry for 10 minutes, flip the slices and continue air frying for 8–10 minutes until deep golden brown and caramelised. |
