Spicy, crispy, cheesy bites of mashed potato and halloumi, air-fried until golden and served with hot honey for a moreish snack or party treat.

Adjust Servings:
400g medium potatoes peeled and chopped
40g corn flour
100g halloumi grated
2 tbsp pickled jalapeños finely chopped
2 tbsp chives chopped
salt and pepper
olive oil spray
hot honey to serve

Steps

Place chopped potatoes in a heatproof bowl and cover with a plate. Microwave on High (1000W) in the Panasonic Combi Oven for 10 minutes until very soft.

Mash the potatoes until smooth. Add corn flour, grated halloumi, chopped jalapeños, chopped chives, salt and pepper. Mix well to form a dough.

Scoop and shape into 16 small balls.

Place on the Airfry rack and spray lightly with olive oil. Insert into the Panasonic Combi Oven and select Airfry at 200°C for 12 minutes until golden and crisp.

Serve hot, drizzled generously with hot honey.
