Steps

Place the ingredients into the bread pan in the order listed above. Select the basic dough menu (PN100: 12) (2 hours 20 mins). |

When the dough program is complete, tip the dough onto a lightly floured work surface. |

Divide the dough into either 2 large pieces (200 g each) or 4 small pieces (100 g each), then shape them into baps/balls. |

Place the shaped dough on a greased baking tray and allow it to prove at 40°C, or until doubled in size (about 20 minutes). |

Dust the tops with flour. |

Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown. |
