½ tsp yeast
250g granary bread flour
¾ tsp sugar
½ tsp salt
15g butter
180mls water

Steps

Place all the above ingredients into the bread pan in the order listed above and select MENU 4 (Wholewheat – 5 hours).

Remove the bread at the end of the bake cycle and allow it to cool completely before slicing.
