Directions
A warming, fragrant dal made with red lentils, coconut drink, spices, curry leaves, and chilli. Gently cooked on the Chunky Soup setting for a richly textured, spiced dish with island flavour.

Steps
| 1 | Add red lentils, water, onion, tomato, ginger, garlic, green chilli, curry leaves, turmeric, red chilli powder, cumin, coriander and salt to the jug of the Panasonic Blender & Soup Maker. | 
| 2 | Turn the knob to the Chunky Soup setting and press Start (cooks for 30 minutes). | 
| 3 | Once the program is complete, open the lid and stir in the coconut drink. | 
| 4 | Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed. | 
| 5 | Serve hot with rice, roti, or on its own as a comforting lentil curry soup. |
