                                          2 sirloin steaksabout 225g each, rested for 30 minutes

                                          1/2 cup of olive oil

                                          3 cloves garliccrushed

Steps
| 1 | Pat the steaks dry and drizzle with olive oil then sprinkle with salt and pepper. | 
| 2 | Place in the air fryer and select the “Steak” Programme and cook for 8 minutes total on 200°C, flipping with tongs half way through (4min on each side). | 
| 3 | While the steaks cook, combine the chimichurri ingredients in a bowl and mix well. | 
| 4 | Remove the steaks from the air fryer, the internal temp should reach 55°C for medium rare, and set aside to rest for 5 minutes. |
