Adjust Servings:
450g plain flour
170ml milk
60g butter
25g white sugar
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 egg
1 teaspoon of salt
For the sweet filling:
50g white sugar
50g brown sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
For the sweet frosting:
140g powdered sugar
30g water
For the savoury filling:
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
a pinch of chopped parsley
1 tbsp olive oil
a pinch of salt
For the savoury frosting:
125ml milk
30g grated parmesan
10g butter
10g plain flour

Steps

Pour flour, baking powder, milk, butter, sugar, the egg and salt in the breadmaker. Select the cake kneading programme for 20 minutes.

Cut the dough in half and roll it with a rolling pin, until the dough is rectangular and approximately 8mm thick.

Sweet filling:
Pour sugar and cinnamon into a bowl and mix.

Savoury filling:
Pour paprika, chopped parsley, garlic powder, oil and salt into a bowl and mix.

Pour the sweet filling onto one dough sheet and the savoury filling onto the other. Roll up the dough from the long side and cut into rounds approximately 3cm thick.

To make the bunny ears, roll out the dough into roughly 2cm strips. Then, fold the dough and add it to the rolls.

Bake the bunny rolls for 9 minutes using COMBI 10 (Convection 190°C + Microwave 300W). Meanwhile, to prepare the sweet frosting, mix water and powdered sugar. To prepare the salted frosting, melt the butter in a saucepan, then add flour and stir with a whisk for a minute. Add parmesan and keep stiring for another minute.

Pour the frostings on the bunny rolls and serve!
