                                          2 carrot

                                          1/2 tsp salt

                                          1 1/2 tbsp vinegar
 - 
                                          2 tbsp olive oil
 - 
                                          1 orange
 - 
                                          1/4 lettuce
 - 
                                          dash black pepper

Light and fresh carot salad.
Steps

                                             Insert the carrot into the food processor (Fine Shredding Blade), and start.  |

                                             Place the shredded carrot into a bowl, add salt, vinegar, olive oil and orange pulp, and mix.  |

                                             Put the black pepper into the Dry Mill, then attach the Dry Mill to the food processor, and start.  |
