Steps

| 2 | Wash limes with hot water, dry and divide into eight pieces. Distribute the eight pieces into 2 Longdrink glasses (395 ml) and crush them each with 2 bar spoons of white cane sugar. Distribute the cucumber-celery juice evenly in both glasses, add ice and stir with a bar spoon until the sugar has dissolved. | 
| 3 | Wash mint, shake dry and peel off the leaves. Top up the drink with soda, mix again and garnish with cucumber and mint.
