Steps

Wash and peel the potatoes and then boil them in water. Cut them into small pieces |

Place the dough on a floured surface and roll into a sausage shape. Cut into pieces and crush with a fork to shape them. Fill the NN-DS59 water tank. Put the gnocchi on a tray and cook them on Steam 1 mode for 10 minutes. |

Drizzle the olive oil into a pan and brown the onions. Then add the spinach. Add a little water. |

Add the sundried tomatoes, cream, salt and pepper. Tip in the gnocchi and mix. Then add the parmesan and cook for 10 minutes on grill 1. |
