Directions

Place the baby marrows, red onion, red peppers and baby tomatoes into a bowl. Avoid overcrowding — if needed, cook in batches for the best results. |

Arrange the vegetables in a single layer on the air fryer basket, ensuring the baby tomatoes are evenly spread and not piled on top of each other. |

Place the enamel tray directly onto the glass turntable, position the wire rack on top, then set the air fryer basket on the wire rack. |
