A simple, reliable method for cooking white fish directly from frozen in the Panasonic Air Fry Combination Microwave Oven. Lightly dusted with a seasoned coating and finished with lemon and olive oil, the fish cooks evenly and stays tender every time.

Remove the frozen fish from the freezer and leave at room temperature for 10 minutes before seasoning. |

In a bowl, combine the cornflour, plain flour, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt and pepper. |

Arrange the fish on the enamel tray on top of the lemon slices. Drizzle or spray lightly with olive oil. |
