½ tsp yeast
250g strong white bread flour
½ tsp salt
½ tsp sugar
10g butter
175 mls water

Steps

Place all the above ingredients into the bread pan in the order listed above and select MENU 1 (Basic – 4 hours).

Remove the bread at the end of the bake cycle and allow it to cool completely before slicing.
