Ingredients

Bread Size:
300g wholegrain spelt flour
100g whole rye meal
100g rye flour
2 tsp sugar
1½ tsp salt
10g butter
150g natural yoghurt
230ml water
1¼ tsp dry yeast

Steps

Take the bread pan with the kneading blade out of the breadmaker and add in all the ingredients. (top-to-bottom order)

Place the bread pan back into the breadmaker, close the lid, select programme Spelt and preferred bread size and press start.

When your bread is done, take it out and let it cool down.
