                                          50g honeydew melon

                                          100g red beets
 - 
                                          4 tbsp yoghurt
 - 
                                          10 mint leaves

Pink and fruity, a great healthy alternative to ice cream.
Steps

                                             Peel the honeydew melon and chop into small pieces with the beets.  |

                                             Place together with the mint leaves in the freezer.
