Tasty and simple sourdough bread recipe with rye and beer. Easily made with the help of your Panasonic breadmaker.

Bread Size:
200g strong wheat flour
150g whole wheat flour
100g whole rye meal
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
30g butter
75g sourdough starter liquid
150ml beer
150ml milk
1 tsp dry yeast

Steps

1

Take the bread pan with the kneading blade out of the breadmaker and add in all the ingredients. (top-to-bottom order)

Place the bread pan back into the breadmaker, close the lid, select programme Whole Wheat and preferred bread size and press start.

When your bread is done, take it out and let it cool down.
