Steps

1

To make the dough, mix together the flour, yeast, sugar and salt. Add the oil and 180 ml of lukewarm water and knead in a food processor with the dough hook for 5 minutes until it forms a smooth dough. Cover with a kitchen towel and leave to prove for 45 minutes in a warm place.

2

To make the filling, cut the pak choi into pieces and fill them together with the shiitake mushrooms and peeled garlic clove into the chopper attachment of the Panasonic hand blender and chop finely. Heat the peanut oil in a pan and fry the chopped vegetables for 5 minutes until the liquid evaporates. Season with soy sauce, sesame oil and salt.

3

Cut the dough into the desired number of pieces and press flat. Place the filling in the middle of the dough, fold the dough over the fill and press firmly. Brush the grid of the steamer with a little vegetable oil or lay out a piece of baking paper. Put the buns on it.

4

Steam in the Steam Combination Microwave Oven for 25 minutes on setting 1. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds before serving.

5

For serving: Soy sauce for dipping
